Cuplock Standards
Vertical members with connection points at set intervals, used to create modular working levels.
Cuplock systems, ledgers, clamps, challi, jacks, MS pipes and accessories for construction, maintenance and temporary access work.
Scaffolding must suit the height, work face, platform requirement and available ground area. A modular cuplock arrangement may work well for repetitive bays, while pipe-and-clamp components can help around irregular elevations and maintenance zones.
Ma Lakshmi Shuttering & Scaffolding supplies complete rental packages as well as selected components for contractors, builders, maintenance teams and project owners.
Each item has a different role. The system works properly only when the components are selected and assembled for the intended application.
Vertical members with connection points at set intervals, used to create modular working levels.
Horizontal members that connect standards and define the bay length of the scaffold.
Fittings used to connect MS pipes at fixed or adjustable angles in customised arrangements.
Platform components placed at working levels to support access and task execution.
Adjustable bottom supports used to level the scaffold on prepared ground.
Adjustable top supports commonly used below beams, channels or shuttering support.
Tubular members used for bracing, access and non-standard site configurations.
Internal connectors that join pipe lengths and help continue the scaffold vertically or horizontally.
Cuplock scaffolding uses standards and ledgers connected at regular nodes. It is commonly considered for building elevations, slab support arrangements and projects where the same bay pattern repeats across a larger area.
MS pipes and clamps can be arranged around obstacles, maintenance equipment and building shapes where a fixed modular bay is less convenient.
The quantity cannot be judged from building height alone. Platform levels, frontage, bay length, ground conditions and work sequence also matter.
Length, height and the number of elevations that must be accessed.
Construction, plaster, painting, repair, maintenance or services installation.
Ground level, access width, obstructions and delivery restrictions.
Expected start, duration, phased movement and pickup requirement.
A package may include cuplock standards, ledgers, pipes, clamps, base jacks, U jacks, platforms and connection accessories according to the project.
Working height, frontage, bay size, access points, platform levels and project duration are reviewed before quantities are discussed.
